Bought some strings of these early last month, they are amazing, up to one and a half inches long, and the colour on the screen is the true colour, I promise its not been messed with. I thought I'd put this pic up, not because its some groundbreaking design (it practically made itself!), but to show the colours that are around this year. I also have some strings of the same in a deep green and a natural creamy white.
The spacers are 4mm preciosas in hiacynth, with 2mm sterlings.
I know its a bit Oscars and Baftas and you probly wouldnt wear it down the pub on darts night, but with the right outfit, its very eyecatching.

It looks like tongues of flame - or is that just the pyromaniac in me?

Wow Nia - that is so fiery!
Years ago, in my bright red dreadlock days, I would have sold my grandma to wear something as vibrant as that.
I love the shape of the blister pearls too - they look fab with the Swarovski and I really like how you have selected the pearls so they are graduated in sizing through the piece. It really works well.

Thanks Emma and everybody for the positive reaction. Emma with red dreadlocks??????? But then I had a smelly Afghan coat when I was doing my hovel in the hills thing, and when it rained, oh pooo-eee!
Seriously though, I reckon 99% of everyone here would have made something quite similar to this, its a case of the bead dictating the design.
I'm just so annoyed that I didnt buy a lot more of them when I had the chance.
