HI!
This is my finished brooch, I made recently at my evening class! I'm getting hooked on enamelling, but my next project will be completely different!!! I used transparent and opaque enamels on copper sheet, and also painting enamels for the flower detail! Let me know what you think!

Thats very pretty. I'm dying to have a go at enamelling with the silver clay - just as soon as I get a spare minute!

Actually it was easier than I thought it would be! You just need to buy enamelling powders, and have use of a kiln! Of course I used enamel paints as well, ones that fire in a kiln! my jewellery class has all that stuff so I didn't have to buy it!I paid £50 for a 10 week course, one day a week! you pay £5 for copper sheet and enamelling stuff etc!you buy your own silver etc! thats my next project - its going to have silver in it!unfortunately its expensive at the moment! _________________ ~Amanda/BeadyOZGirl!~ |

Oh that is fantastic! I just love the colours.
You are making us all want to try enamelling too now though but how many addictions can we get away with before they cart us away?
