Interesting ribbon?

Can anyone suggest a good supplier of interesting ribbons?

I looked in my local John Lewis - unfortunately their haberdashery isn't very imaginative (but they are great for shoes!)

I'm looking for something with a bit of texture for clear quartz and swaro pendants and adjustable length necklaces and am finding 'normal' satin ribbon a bit slippery. I've seen Nostalgia ribbons mentioned here but find the website a bit difficult as I don't really know what I want - I think I need big pictures!

hey ive seen alot of the hand dyed silk ribbons they are really lovely but a bit pricey see if u can find some online.

I just love these shops and usually go to the one on Sloan Square whenever I get up to London. They have some amazing ribbon - including the most expensive one I've ever seen at about £70 a metre: but they have much cheaper ones too!

This company's shops are a treasure trove, have never tried 'em on-line but it looks like they carry just as wide a range. I have succumbed in the past to their beaded bias binding, must get round to edging a few cushions and lampshades with it sometime......

Looks like I need a trip to VV Rouleaux - any excuse for a shopping trip

I'll have a go at the website but nothing beats a bit of proper touchy-feelie shopping (so to speak!!)

They had some ribbons I've been looking for, but only found in the US so far. For my ribbon flowers -- my newest hobby. I've found Hanah Bias silk ribbon in Sweden, but though I love real silk ribbons, I need wire edged ribbons for some flowers. So thank you for that link! Daisy

I happened to come across VV Rouleaux on Maylebone Lane in London last week. The ribbons were lovely and the shop was a real delight.
