So me- yeah I know a hardened "seed beading is too fiddly" person!- well I found an old beadmag with good pics to I thought I would have a go!
SO
1. all stitches look a bit odd in the first few stitches ,and you cant really see the pattern properly for a bit
2. it is a bit tricky getting the tension right- and if you dont it looks uneven and wobbly
3. square stitch(is it?) only really looks right with good even beads but
4. peyote works well for organic/uneven/random type styles
5. it is generally slow going( esp at first) but coralling is quicker
is that about right of just me??
I think I have the hang of a couple of basic stitches, but I think they will be for friends, family ,me or commissions only!
