I remember the same conversation. I'm left-handed so I make a point of putting my lobster clasps on the right for a right handed person (for necklaces that have a "front" side). Then I was told by someone that the lobster was not the problem but the ring! So now I worry less. The most important thing is to have a clasp that people find easy to use, then right or left does not matter. _________________ ...the spirit of an elf and the lifestyle of a hobbit

Soooo funny my aunt and I were just discussing this, cause like others I have just put it on any which way, but supposedly yes should go on right side.
Ummm, think I have done some wrong.

i'm left handed and to be honest i've never really thought about it
mind you with most of my necklaces it really wouldn't matter which way you put them on _________________ Caroline
