Oh wow! I guess I did a boo-boo and shouldn't have posted it on the Challenge thread, sorry to kitschkitty for having to do this, and how awfully nice of her to start a thread with it!
Thanks to all of you for the compliments! I actually made this cuff a while back and the chocolate challenge reminded me of it, so I thought I'd share. I'm very pleased you all like it - it was an experiment of sorts and I was quite pleased with the outcome.
here's a side view of it - the two sides are finished a bit differently:
